Power and Underground Cables
DANGER
Under no circumstances is digging of holes or driving in of pegs allowed
on your site before checking with power officer or Field Days Office to
ensure there are no power cables, PA cables or water pipes in the vicinity.
All services will be marked with double red lines.
We have banned all electric urns and heaters because of
overload problems. Small electric kettles and gas appliances are permitted.
An indication of your expected power requirements on the application form
would be appreciated. All power outlets have 10 amp breakers fitted. Exhibitors
are to provide their own extension cords (max 15m etc and must meet appropriate
safety standards.
